T5W- Favorite Couples

Hey, guys! It's Natalie here with another Top 5 Wednesday. Today's topic is favorite couples and I have been waiting for this topic since forever. I have a lot of favorite couples so it was sincerely difficult to narrow it down to five. So without further ado, let's get down to business. 5. Elizabeth and Darcy, Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen    I love the fact that these two at first did not want anything to do with each other. The way Darcy acts towards Elizabeth in the beginning is proof of his aristocratic upbringing. Elizabeth tries to see the good in him, but ends up exasperated by his constant sense of superiority. After a while they both see that they are not different in any way and that they truly love each other. I didn't like the round-about way that Jane Austen wrote the relationship between Elizabeth and Darcy, but it did show some clear dynamic to their lives. 4. Katniss and Peeta, The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins I loved their slow budding ...

Enough said.  Summary:  Celia Reynolds is the youngest in a set of triplets and the one with the least valuable power. Anne can see the future, and Jane can see the present, but all Celia can see is the past. And the past seems so insignificant -- until Celia meets Lo. Lo doesn't know who she is. Or who she was. Once a human, she is now almost entirely a creature of the sea -- a nymph, an ocean girl, a mermaid -- all terms too pretty for the soulless monster she knows she's becoming. Lo clings to shreds of her former self, fighting to remember her past, even as she's tempted to embrace her dark immortality. When a handsome boy named Jude falls off a pier and into the ocean, Celia and Lo work together to rescu...
